Network Solutions Reviews

I am a 25-year customer of Network Solutions, but now that a new company runs it customer service is APPALLING. I have spent countless hours trying to get my email to function properly again after they "changed servers" and gave no notice. Their call-center "specialists" (ha) have English comprehension probs and seem to read everything in their manuals, not knowledgeable as before AND-there used to be a team they would transfer you to who were experts, but now they say "that's not my expertise, for $59 a month, you can get the experts." I would have already left but they make that so difficult too.

I had a series of technical questions and Regina was able to explain everything in a way it was easy for me to follow.

I spoke to Richard, the NS representative. My site was down and he was able to contact the appropriate teams and help me get my site up and running again. He explained what happened and what are the steps to take to prevent it from happening again. I've been a customer of Network solutions for over 15 years and am happy with the level of support and service they provide.

I spoke to Rand ... He was able to get me into my account manager ... he was very knowledgeable and helpful ... he also helped me to prevent my emails from being bounced back as spam ... Thanks

On the phone survey I answered the first question as a 1 when it should have been a 5 ... Great service!!

Excellent assistance from my NWS support person to resolve my problems. Had a long wait time on phone but when answered, solution was provided promptly.

I find the customer service experience rather clunky. It takes a long time to finally get to someone that understands the problem and stays on it until solved. This has been my experience in the past and it is so now. After dealing with a number of people who I thought could help, along came Amelia who did exactly as she said she would, routed my issue and poof, problem solved. Thank you.

The representative Riza was fantastic, very courteous and helpful.

The hold time to talk to get her on the line was very long, maybe 20-30 minutes. Too long, not good!

Michael was great at assisting me with a critical issue our business is currently experiencing. He was quick and knowledgeable to offer options. I appreciate him being so pro customer service, a rare occurrence in today's world. Thank you, Michael.

The representative, Kim, was very patient with me. I am not very familiar with technology and she graciously explained what and why things were being done. she provided one of the best customer expiriences I have ever had. Thank you
